Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis, at the discretion of the Expo Chair, according to envelope postmark date of the completed application or timestamp of email. Payment is required at time of registration, see below for payment options.

Come support our gardening Expo this year in Gainesville Georgia at the Chicopee Woods Agriculture Center, located at 1855 Calvary Church Road. Vendors will start moving in on Thursday April 3rd. and be out of the facility late Saturday afternoon

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. On the expo booth diagram, we show some green box's around some of the booths in the center (B17-B18) - (B11-B12) - this is just an example of how a vendor can select booths next to each other(front/back or side/side).

3. Free Wifi will be provided to the vendors on all three days, a notice will be sent later.
​
4. Don't forget to mark the electricity box if needing AC power in your booth.
​
5. When entering your information into the registration document, you will have options to download, print and send yourself a copy. A copy will be automatically sent to the expochair@ email
